Words and speaking from celebrities always have a significant influence on the public. Whether the opinions of celebrities, such as famous entertainers and athletes, are more important to younger people than they are to older people can be weighed in many aspects. In my opinion, I do not concur with the statement that those opinions are more critical to youngsters.

Admittedly, some people may stand on a position that older people have more experience and have been through more hurdles. They can depend on themselves, and other’s opinions have little value and importance. However, opinions from many people, including celebrities, are equally important to younger and older people.

First of all, good personal quality and characteristics are worth to people to learn from, regardless of the age of people. For example, Kobe Bryan, a famous former NBA player, had an extraordinary performance on the sports field and inspired many people to pursue their dreams. His personality demonstrates the one’s determination is the foundation to complete any works. Moreover, Kobe’s opinion of achieving goals and perseverance is not only essential to young people to constantly enhance themselves but also instigate older people to keep learning and be modest until the end of life. Therefore, those celebrities’ good quality and opinions are a paradigm for people of every age to learn.

On the other hand, people always need to refer to opinions from others. During academic pursuits, students will seek support from peers, parents, and teachers. In the workplace, people need recognizance from their colleagues and supervisors. The opinions of celebrities are important for both children and adults. Because their personal experience can epitomize as models for children to follow, and it can be referenced for adults to absorb different perspectives to have a better life and career development. After all, celebrities’ opinions can affect other’s thoughts. Therefore, since we are inclined to inquire about others’ opinions, opinions from celebrities are also important to adults.

To sum up, the statement is not as persuasive as it stands. Based on my expositions mentioned above, celebrities’ good quality and personalities are equally essential for young people and adults to learn.
